February 21, 2004Well Fella's
I had a good time visiting with ya'll. I wish 348 Kelly could have stuck around longer but for a first meeting I think it went well. Even if I was about 15 minutes late... I hope we can do it again really soon. Maybe before Stone Mountain in March. Well gotta go to Home Despot and get some material and driveway cleaner. The next time I change the trans fluid I'm duct taping a 10' by 10' sheet of plastic below the truck.
And no, InstaGator my Brush guard did not come in on the truck to Pep Boys. But, I'm getting ready to order my KC Daylighters in black for the brush guard. InstaGator, if you get a chance could you measure the wheel well lip to ground clearance for the front and back of your truck. Thanks
348, Those computers you have could you tell me a little about them. I meant to ask before you left but hated to interupt the conversation that was going on about spray in bedliners and thumpin' stereos before you left. And I forgot to tell you I got the perfect fabric for our banner. 6 yards of red that matched the red on my team Dodge baseball cap.
ThunderHemi, Man, I love those tow hooks! I still like the idea of turning them down so they look like Fangs. Big, Bad Ride!!
Boojieman, Cool homemade intake. Truck exhaust tubing? Looked cool to me.
And since I didn't take notes I can't remember who had the Dakota. Duh... Anyway, I liked your intake too. Simple but practical.
I kind of felt a little out of place with my stock 1500 with 3 piece brush guard and grandma's rails that I still have not touched up. But Damn-it Now that I've got a house mate paying rent and part utilities I've got some extra denero to spend. So maybe I'll be up to par with the rest of you fella's soon.
