September 23, 2004Looks pretty fun is you ask me. I wouldn't mind doing that but I don't think I would go at that speed, maybe 15 to 20 mph to get just a little air. If it was the Duke's of Hazard, he would have just driven away even though he landed on the nose.

September 23, 2004I'm with 02SLT.... In the picture you can see the tailgate and rear of the cab window, but no passenger side tires. And the rear of the truck is chopped off. I also question getting that much air from 40 MPH. Sorry, in my opinion this is bogus.
September 23, 2004Lousy photoshop job. I agree with all of the above, plus the fact that the truck is perfectly level up there is another tip off.
September 23, 2004Guy the more I look at it, the worse its looking. thats just a BAD photoshop job. Time to come clean.
September 23, 2004Snagged! The IS DTW after all, where the clientelle is handsome and brilliant!
September 23, 200402SLTPLUS,
Good job, you're right, looking at the angle of the "ramp", and the angle of the truck, the truck could not have been level that close to the ramp?
September 23, 2004Not to mention the fact that at that speed and height he would have landed further away from the ramp than that. Also I would think there would be at least some dust kicked up on the ground where he landed.
Oh well it was a good try though.
September 23, 2004wonder how he got so high so fast lol if its real i want wings like that too lmao
September 23, 2004Och that must of hurt I woudnt do that to my truck maybe a chevy or ford hope he's alright
September 23, 2004well guys I'm sorry to burst all your bubbles but I was there and was supposed to be in the truck with him but another buddy went instead..he ended up going to hospital in the ambulance with a bad case of whiplash from the hard landing..my buddy hit the steering wheel so hard the sunshade lense in his helmet exploded..we never took those pics they were provided by a spectator in the pits..believe it or not but it didn't happen at Saratoga Speedway on Vancouver Island..
September 23, 2004
Go and read about it for yourself on Saratoga website
September 24, 2004There is not a motor mount in the world that could hold up to a nose dive like that. Can you point out in that link anything about that wreck, I can't find it. But to help clear this all up I emailed the track with a link asking if this really happened. We'll see, I still call it BS.
