April 16, 2011Seen it done a bunch of times. Once my lowers are trashed I`ll do the same to my truck.
I like the sray on. The roll on looks a bit to chunky for me.
If I get flares I`ll probly do them in this as well depending on how scratched they get from branches on the trails.
April 16, 2011Spray will stay on way better. On my `99 rango I line-x`d the front and rear bumpers. Some high school whacked the rear bumper. Just scratched it good, no damage. Dealer quoted $500, the line-x shop quoted $300 for both. Showed the Dad both quotes, said "I`d rather line-x it" win/win, got what I wanted, he paid less, no ins involved. Couldn`t tell at all the bumper was hit.
Should have, is a favorite phrase for those looking for excuses.
April 16, 2011Don`t have a pic,but the LineX guy that does all my stuff has it on his company Ram,and it looks killer !!!My daughter actually had a problem with stones and chitt chipping the air dam on the front of her Charger Daytona, and it looks great, and it wipes clean with ease !!We also did the same thing on a friends `96 Ram (chin guard)and it looks real good !! I don`t think you`ll be disappointed in the least !!
July 14, 2011I know a guy who used Liquid Bed Liners and he said that its pretty good. You should try it too. Its pretty easy but If you don`t have the confidence to do it then leave it to the experts.
July 14, 2011I am planning on doing the lower panels on my truck as well. Have several friends with it done, and it is great.
To big is just big enough, just like to much power is just enough!
April 2, 2012Anybody have pics of this? Im using the roll on but doing it with a brush and dabbing it for texture on the inside of the doors (painted parts) and was going to roll on the outside bottom grey part. Does anybody hyave pics of this? How hard is it to turn out decent?
